We stand by the quality of our products, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you happen to be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return the product for a full refund of the price paid (Shipping costs are NOT included)
Returning your product is quite simple. For return instructions please contact us via email at info@signifynature.com or click over to the Contact Us form (Don’t forget to include your order #, full name, email address, phone number, and the reason for returning the product) A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that returns must be shipped back to the following address no later than 30 days after the dispatch date to be eligible for a refund:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
